V-E-T visit

Today my mum put me in my ptu. She suprised me, so it happened quickly. She called the taxi and then took me outside to wait. So while she was looking up the road, I pushed on the PTU door, and miracle it gave and fell out and I escaped. Of course that was when the taxi came.

Mum had to ask the man to wait, then runned inside to find me in the garden. No way mum I'm not coming near you again today. What's that - the fancy feast and the plate. YUMMY, maybe I will come a little bit closer. Damn, she got me again!! But I drew blood!!

Off to the V-E-T, vaccinations and a big brushing all done and mums wallet is a little lighter. Oh and I am spending the evening in the garden, not talking to her. Except at bed time, cause it is a little chilly and she might sneak the electric blanket on, and I might need to snuggle between her knees a little bit. So she is a little bit forgiven.

  2. That sounds like one adventurous visit! We are not allowed to ride to the vet in the same PTU now, because when we were waiting for the taxi, we had a fight on the driveway and nearly rolled the carrier over.

We are glad your visit is done, hopefully you wont be back for another year!:)

  3. I don't like getting tricked into the PTU either. But I do like sleeping next to Mom on her nice warm blanket at night.

  4. Well, warm blankets and snuggling almost make it worth it. And, of course you're all set to stay healthy for another year, and that is a good thing.

  6. Poor Poppy, humans are just full of treachery sometimes!

Hope you get a good snuggle in bed later to make up for it.

  7. We are not fans of being stuffed in carriers and hauled off to dr. appts...but that's part of medical and dental plan provided by my mom and dad and we put up with it just because we have to.

  8. I'm not a fan of the PTU either. Had to ride in it on a 12 hour trip one time and now it takes a small army to get me back in that thing!
