How many is too many cushions?

Yes the new duvet does almost match my furs. Because it was on sale, mum was able to get the nice silver cushion cheap too. She likes cushions, and I think may have a few too many. What things do your parents have too many of? We'd love to know.

  1. Hi Poppy Q,
My peeps have too many pillows too.
Two sleeping pillows, two shams, 2 decorative pillows....whew what a mess when I feel the need to get up in there and sleep. I finally figured out the approach...head butt your way through the middle then I can get behind them all to my final destination under the covers where I become invisible....Madi and Mom

  2. We laughed at the comment you left. We must confess, we dipped into the archive:)

Our mum has too many pillows too! She has a pile by the bed for when she wakes up during the night thinking "this pillow is too hard" or "this pillow is too thick" or "this pillow is too thin"... ridiculous woman.

  6. Our humans have WAY too many pillows as well. They have 6 of their bed alone! But, being The Pillow Princess (Pandora), she likes that many. Our humans are always complaining about the hair on their pillows too. Well, if they didn't have 6 of them for us to lay on, they'd have nothing to complain about! I tell ya, humans are weird creatures!

  7. We like your cushions. WE thimnk our Mom and Dad have way to much 'stuff'. After almost 40 years together, two pack rats just don't know when to let 'stuff' go!

  8. Some people may think The Mommy has too many kitties (5...at the moment), but of course we all know that's not possible. :)

But she only has two pillows on the bed. And only uses one.

    Purrs and hugs,

  9. My Mom has too many dogs ... the two are always near her and take too much space on the bed.

  10. My miewmie has a decorative 'tea'pillow from China. Yes, its actually got tea leaves in it. Can you believe that? She doesn't even sleep on it and takes it off the bed at night. Of course, I am NOT allowed anywhere near it...not even to sniff it !!

  11. We have too many cat beds (my Mommie says). We have the heated cat cup that we never use, the Hepper pod, the wooden platform bed, and our cat tree. And we have donated a couple beds to the shelter. But my Mommie is always looking for new cat beds!

  12. Our Mom and Dad have too many books and magazines. We are always tripping over them on Mom's side of the bed because she falls asleep reading and just drops them on the floor. They get in the way when we are doing our zoomies - our track goes under the bed.

  13. Hi Poppy

Did you feel the earthquake today where you live? Sounds scary!

  14. The pillows don't count as cushions, so since you only have one, that is not too many. Seven (and taking up half the bed) is too many.

  16. I don't think anycat can have too many pillows to curl up upon! My mom has quite a few also but not as beautiful as your new bed and pillows...it's very lovely and does show off you beautiful grey nicely.

  17. My Mummy has too many pillows on the bed, too. Means less room on the bed for me.

  18. The silver pillow looks lovely with the others. We only have three on our bed. Dad has two and mum just the one. Everyone is being so polite we won't say what mum has too many of.
Oh okay then - knickers!!! She has got a thing about buying them and can never buy just one or two pairs at a time. She must nearly have enough for every day of the year. Don't tell her we told you though.

  20. Kate would like the opportunity to have too many cushions, but Nick is against them. I think they might have too many CDs, but they would say that they don't have enough.

Hey, did the earth move for you last night, Poppy Q? We had a tsunami warning as a result of the quake! No tsunami though, mercifully. I hate getting my paws wet!

  21. We don't have any of that fancy stuff here at the shop, but if we did I would think that the more cushions the better:)

  22. Any place soft to sleep is OK, so as long as there is enough room for you and your human, you are OK.

  23. You can never have too many cushions, Poppy! And that duvet goes lovely with your furs.

  24. Oh dear Poppy! It feels go good to come out of the cushion closet! We've got them all over: lots on the beds, in bags under the beds, in closets, on chairs and some hidden away. The man cant stand them. He says he has got to dig out the bed to get in. Kitties like 'em; some to sleep on some to pee on.

  25. We loves cushions! Mom has lots!

My mom has too many towels!! She keeps buying towels! Then she lays them around every where... even over the cushions!

  26. My mum has way too many shoes. I am talking about 102 pairs of shoes. WAY too many.

  27. That's one gorgeous and inviting bed! Love it that it matches one Poppy:)

Oh, some would say I have too many cats (I know, the audacity!), too many clothes, too many shoes, too many handbags, too many books - well too much stuff all over. Myself, I don't think I have too many of anything.

  28. I just LOVE the new bedding! I tried to comment before but my comment was lost in cyberspace! It is just beautiful! I wondered if your Mum bought it because it matched your furs. You look like a pretty sexy big girl cat on your Mum's new bedding! As for cushions, I say there can never be too many things that make us feel comfortable. I think it looks purrfect!

Sorry to hear about the earthquake. I am glad no one was injured, especially you and your Mum.
