Quiet Wordy Wednesday

Our house seems quiet tonight, as Gdad has gone home from his holiday with us. We think he had a good break. He got to see his first 3D movie at the Pompei exhibition at the museum, got 3rd degree sunburn walking around the harbour with mum, scraped all the scaly stuff off the bottom of mums loo with the garden tools and best of all, mum gave him computer lessons. Because of the computer lessons about the internet - Gdad got to learn about the Internet Time Suck. Where all of a sudden, you look at the clock and realize that you have been on youtube or google for two hours.

Today, as it was very hot after work, mum gave me some cold milk in a little bowl outside. It appears I am not lactose intolerant, and seeing as I don't eat any people food mum didn't think I would like milk. But I did like it, so mum says maybe I can have some occasionally.

  1. It sounds like your Gdad had a good stay with you, Pops.

You're a lucky lady getting some milk. It is one of life's great pleasures, and I love to finish off the leftovers from mum's cereal.

  5. Gdad's are great for helping around the house, and they usually love that kind of thing.
Some of our kitties have a spot of milk every evening before bed. We call them The Moo Club. Not everyone likes milk, only four of five.

  15. We are glad your Gdad had a good stay with you. Neither of us like milk even though we were born on a dairy farm with lots of bowls of milk for the kitties. We only drink water.
