Tonight I took my own advice, and took myself off to bed at 7pm. Mum sneaked into give me a pat and a cuddle and but the electric blanket on for me. So I have had a lovely 4hours peace on my bed!! I hope she has a late night.Daisy, I never ever sleep under the covers. The electric blanket we have goes under our bottom sheet but is so hot it heats up the whole bed. I guess you wouldn't need one in Florida?

ReplyDeleteI am glad you got some good rest! We sleep on top of the covers with the A/C and the ceiling fan going almost year-round. I wish we had some really cold weather so I could get all snuggly.
ReplyDeleteIn the summer we like to sleep most of the day, then go out in the garden until mum goes to bed at 1am. Really we would like to stop out all night. In the winter we never leave the fire.
