Hello Daylight Savings


Daylight savings started here yesterday, a sure sign of the spring that is in the air. Mum was on call and didn't get much sleep over the weekend, so we will be off to bed early tonight. We are already enjoying the sunnier longer evenings together.

    Poppy, I just read about your ordeal last week... it made me very sad. Hope your mum can make those silly boys understand.

  4. We are getting darker and cooler so so, it will be cold when we come out of the bed in the morning to greet the day.

  8. Hurrah for Daylight Savings Time!

    It's getting so dark here now....It's black out when our mom leaves for work at 6AM and the sun is setting now around 6:55PM. :-(

  10. We are losing the sunshine earlier every day and then when we change from daylight savings, it will get dark by 6 pm!

  12. Summer is still hanging on over here - it was triple-digit weather all weekend! We were hot kitties, even with air conditioning.

  16. It's dark here by 8pm and in about 3 weeks the clocks go back. We don't like the dark nights.

  18. we will be losing those light hours at the beginning of November. It gets dark at 4:30 by then!! amazing!

  19. Our morning daylight is going away. The sun hasn't come up yet when mum gets up and it is dark by 7:30 at night.

  21. Oh...we are getting darker and darker here. And we still haven't gotten our basement back and all the birdies will have flown south soon!
