Friday Fit Club


So mum bought lots of fruits and veg for her for the week, and has been eating better. More water than anything else to drink, she doesn't drink hot drinks or alcohol, so only the occasional lemonade or other fizzy drinks. Shes been making her own lunch and dinners all week, so she is feeling more balanced.
I have been only allowed half a fancy feast at night, and not so many biscuits. As it is getting cooler I am inside a bit more, so I need to cut back too.
We think we are going to have to extend our deadline - but nothing wrong with that.

  6. Poppy, I just looked at some of your recent pictures and it looks to me like you've lost a few weights! I say keep up the good work and don't worry about a deadline--just worry about being healthy and happy!

  7. Sounds quite promising. I think the Woman will probably just get ready to get rid of some winter fat only to head out to North Carolina and put on some good southern hospitality fat!

  9. Poppy, we agree with Tober! You look slimmer to us, too. Mommy and Daddy have been eating good, she didn't gain anything after her surgery and Daddy is a bit smaller. The weather being nice makes a big difference!

  13. Just be healthy, Poppy. Remember the idea isn't just to loose weight but to establish healthy eating habits. You could loose weight too fast and be sick! Health is what it's all about. You look beautiful, dear. But you always have.
