Mums home after night shift now.  She's not sure if and when she should be sleeping.  Her body clock is all muddled up.  I say sleep like a cat - just lie down when you feel sleepy mum.

  1. Awww, we hope your mum can get some rest. Sometimes the biped takes valerian to help her relax (just the herb, in capsules). Maybe something like that, or a cup of "sleepy time" herbal tea would help.

  2. Mum will probably settle down in a comfy chair with you on her lap and doze right off.
    She deserves a warm rest.

  4. If people could sleep like cats, insomnia wouldn't be heard of. Can cats get insomnia, Poppy? I wouldn't think so.
