We got this super award from our Friday Friend . Fanks Moki.
"It is given to cats, dogs or any animal or human bean that have lent a special helping paw/hand to another cat, dog, animal or human bean. You may give this award to as many individuals as you want, to thank them for lending you a helping paw/hand. If you don't need it now, save it, and you can give it when needed."
We want to give it to another set of super friends
Beau and Angie as this week they were spreading the word about stopping declawing!! That is pawsome guys and I thought this was a great award for this important issue. As we have said many times - declawing lovely pussycats must stop. Scratching is also a normal behaviour for cats, it provides scent and visual territorial marking, it allows old cells to be shed keeping the claws in good condition. Clawas are important for pussycats as it allows them to defend themselves against enemies .
Please don't ever declaw your pussycat - please!! It is like chopping the tops of your beans fingers off!
We know lots of our lovely friends has no claws, as they was stolen from them when they were little. We just want to stop othere beans doing this to new little kitties. In New Zealand, where I live vets aren't allowed to do this to any pussycat as it is considered a restricted procedure .
Thank you Beau and Angie for thinking about our lovely tootsies.
