Mates

As we potter round, getting ready for Christmas we are thinking of all of our mates in Christchurch.  They had a couple of big earthquakes this afternoon.  Just as we thought the earth was settling down there, they have been shaken up again.  So far, no reported deaths, just a few minor injuries and more building damage.

We also wanted to mention all of our lovely friends on the internets.  Thanks for making our lives such fun, and for taking time out of your busy days to visit us and comment.  Truly, you make each day entertaining and we always leave your blogs with smiles on our faces.  We also are grateful to all our friends who reach out in time of tears, all those facing illness and hard times, we love you too.  We hope you all have a great holiday, and get to spend time with your friends and families.

Merry Christmas.

  1. I heard about the earthquake earlier this evening (in California), and I was just thinking about how Christchurch seems to be having a bad run of earthquakes right now - I understand, because we also live in earthquake country. I think the cat blogosphere is one of the best around - we really are a worldwide family!
