The other day, I was sitting on the doormat thinking about stuff. One of my thoughts came from my good Aussie friend Huffle Mawson, and it was about what nicknames do you have?
Mine are:
- Poppy Princess
- Pops
- Poppy Popstar
- Hey baby
- Sweetpea
- Poppy Popilopilous
You can call me any of them, and I still won't come in until I'm ready to.
Have a great week everybuddy.
Does your mum call you Poppy Popstar because you sing nicely to her? You have sweet nicknames. Some of the ones that mum calls me are insulting.
ReplyDeleteWe got all kinds. We wish we didn't!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute nicknames - we are the same - we don't care what you call us unless you are calling us for dinner.
ReplyDeleteMom calls Piper, Pipsqueak; Carrleigh, CarrCarr: Lilly, Lillybug and Java, JambaJuice. And all of us together are "the Arrrooo Crew". Who knows what humans are thinking?
XOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Java
I'm not really a nickname kind of cat. Everyone always calls me Bruce, but Sharon does like to call me Brucey!
ReplyDeleteYup, there are a gazillion of them here as well!
ReplyDeleteI like your nick names. Bout the only thing Tommy calls me is "Baby Noir"
ReplyDeleteI don't respond to that either.
Noir
What a great collection of nicknames! Yours are much better than mine.
ReplyDeleteHuffle Mawson
Those are all very cute nicknames!!! Happy week to you too!
ReplyDeleteThose are way better than "don't you jump up on the bench again you naughty boy!". Yours are pretty and distinguished:)
ReplyDelete-Fui
Any name is ok when being called for Fancy Feast.
ReplyDeleteWe love your nickname "Pops", is so cute ^^
ReplyDeleteoh Poppy, u look so thoughtful in that picture =) we love your nicknames, especially "Poppy Princess"
ReplyDeleteI love your nicknames. I have lots and will have to tell them sometimes. Dad the one who calls me the most nicknames.
ReplyDeleteHugs GJ xx
We think you're nicknames are adorable! Especially Poppy Popstar! You must have a stunning voice!
ReplyDeleteHere's ours...
Skeeter...Skeeter-beater, Mommy (we don't know why either, she's fixed!)
King...Sir, Mr. Man, BigBoy
Pandora...Ladybug, PinkNose, Bunny
We'd think that Poppy Popilicious would be one too! You have cute nicknames to ignore. ;) We have lots of nicknames each also that we posted in our intro posts a few weeks ago.
ReplyDeletePurrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
Those are very good nicknames!
ReplyDeleteWe've all got nicknames here too, but you've got the important part down, not until we're ready fur sure.
ReplyDeletePoppy Popilicious - I love it! MOL!
ReplyDeleteMy nicknames are Mish Mash and Sexy Bum!
What great nicknames. You are very smart to only answer to any of those names when it suits you. All in good time.
ReplyDeleteThose are sweet nicknames for a sweetie:) And thinking about stuff is kind of the best things there is. Have a lovely week!
ReplyDeleteaaaaand, Poppycuddlekins <3
ReplyDeleteYou can visit anytime for for your dose of orange!
ReplyDeleteYou've got some good nicknames, Poppy. Sometimes my mommie calls me Little Puma.
ReplyDeleteI have lots of nicknames too. Humans are weird!
ReplyDeleteYou're right! Why do they give us a name and then call us other names?
ReplyDelete(sigh) Yes, sometimes humans can get a little carried away with the "nickname" thing. I mean "Georgie Pie" is OK when it's just the 2 of us, but does she have to let the world know that's what she calls me?!
ReplyDeleteGeorge
Poppy, Mom loves your nicknames! On the other paw, we feel your pain. We have some silly nicknames too. Meerkat is "Little Girl", Padre is "Padre PussyCat", Panda Bear is "Peebs", "PB", and "Poopy Butt". Mom calls Caramel "GirlFriend" and Cookie "Cookie Cookie Cookie Starts with C" (from Sesame Street), and Dad calls Cookie "Cookie Monster" (also from Sesame Street).
