Wet Weekend

The weather man promises us a typical wet weekend. Mum is on-call over night, so she thinks it may be ideal for sleeping in in the morning, but not getting a lot done.

We hope you all have plans for some fun, and enjoy your sun (those of you that get it)!!

Our football boys drew 0-0 with Paraguay, so they are on their way home, but we think they did an awesome job. The best results for NZ ever in football!!

  1. You don't look very pleased about the thought of rain Poppy, but then, neither would we. We have been forecast for our hot sunny weather to continue well into next week. About time after three washout summers in a row!
Have a nice sleep in with your mum.

  4. Hi Poppy!

We have sun today, but rain tomorrow and then we hope some sun on Sunday. But it's only a few short months till spring for you (fall for us!), so take heart, your better weather will be here before you know it!

  6. Oh, Poppy! You don't look happy!
    How can we cheer you?

The sun is very bright and strong here. And it is hot! Yesterday it was 114F/45.5C.
Maybe the rain isn't so bad, is it!

  14. Poppy, You look a teensy bit hissed off by the forecast. Pop on over and you'll dry out in no time! 102 today, with about 10% humidity. There's plenty of room on the Catio...the Parents will NEVER notice one more Cat!
