Escapism
Once I have greeted the mumster after work, I then usually go outside to freshen up and take in some fresh air.
Mum is a bit tired tonight as she worked late last night. It was also our first night of day light savings, so she had to cope with only 4 hours sleep. Me - well I got my usual 23 hour nap.

the cat~flap...trying to surprise the birdies! :).
Poppy, dear, that's a very elegant see-through cat flap! Do hope that Mum can soon catch up on her sleep: set a good example for her, please.
ReplyDeleteThat's what our biped says WE need -- a kitty door! We drive her crazy.
ReplyDeleteWe hope your mum gets more sleep tonight, but at least you have daylight savings time now, that's awesome!
I think many of the world's problems would be solved if every human could get 24 sleep, with no interruptions. People would feel healthier and happier. Ah, to be a cat - with a good human to look after us, like your mum.

ReplyDeletePoppy, your mum is working long hours so you can have lots of feast and a nice home to live in. We hope she gets some more sleep tonight.
ReplyDeleteToo bad you couldn't give your mum some of your hours of sleep.
