This is a long week for my mum. She has to work this weekend, so is over half way through at day four of seven. Next week will be much easier, especially as it is a short week due to Easter. Next week, she only has three days of work.
Long weeks mean that jobs and chores have to be done before the weekend. Mum went and got her flu injection, got some chores done at the shops, and got the groceries. Tonight, she cooked a big batch of mince + veg, that she can eat in salad wraps over the next couple of days.
She finally got to sit down to watch her tv boyfriend Kevin McCloud on Grand Designs. She likes Thursday night tv, as Project Runway is on later too. She is allowed to sit and watch, as long as she gets up and does jobs while the advertisements are on. that way she still gets some jobs done.
Her plan is to take it easy on Friday night - so that she has a restful night before heading into a busy weekend. Friday night is washing/drying night + as a treat - Movie night as well.
