When I went away

Last time we went away on our holidays, mum made sure I did not escape my PTU. She did this by planting the door end next to the wall, and plonking her holiday bag on top!! Thus, I could not flip the PTU over and push my way out of the door.

Mum was also impressed that her packing was so light, as normally for a three day holiday, her bag is HUGE. She is determined to travel lighter than she has done in the past.

  1. That's an impressively light bag for a three-day trip! PTUs are meant to be escaped from, so I hope that you can devise a sneaky strategy for next time, Poppy!

  2. Our mum is impressed with the size of that bag. If she goes for a week, dad says she packs for a month.

  3. We've never figured out how to escape from the PTU, but we certainly try. It looks like your mom is a light packer, but at least she took the most important thing...you.

  5. That is an amazingly small bag for a three-day trip! I think my Mommie's purse is bigger than that!

  8. Hmmm...have you tried reaching through the bar yet to unlock your PTU from the outside??? If not try placing around with the PTU from the outside, we are sure you'll get the hang of it...lol

    P.S.

Thank you for purring and praying for Moki!

  9. Thank you for visiting me at my blog. Also, thank you for telling me about the Cat Blogosphere. What an interesting site! I could spend much time there if mom would let me be on the computer more! Mom only helps me get on the computer 1 or 2 times a week. Did your mom have enough for the 3 days?

  10. I only try to escape if they're too slow to get to our target. I don't like waiting! But I love traveling. As soon as transport box comes down from the loft I climb in and start to tell the humans it's time to go.

  11. Wow! I've never had a cat get out of a PTU. Or flip it over. You must be a very strong girl cat, Poppy Q!
