Garden Love





Here I am on Friday night, sitting in my garden. Measuring the size of the weeds against my height.
Yes that is a tennis ball behind me. There is a big piece of metal underneath it, from some old fencing or piping, and it is buried too deep for mum to pull out. I climb up the fence and over, just behind it and mum was worried I would slip and land on it, so she put a ball on top.
We hope you all get out to look in your gardens this weekend.

    Your mum is very wise to put the ball on the pipe. The third photo is very pretty in particular. The flowers are such a lovely colour:)

    Gorgeous photo! Your fuchsias are beautiful - do they winter over outside there? They don't here - we have to grow them in pots. And the tennis ball is a great idea.

    LOVE the spring pictures (even if they are weeds, they are still green!). We are expecting 6inches of snow with blizzard conditions by tomorrow (Sunday). yikes. We've been teased by a couple of nice days (and only a couple)... Izaac doesn't care if it's COLD--he still wants to go out!!!

    Those are lovely pictures of you! The flowers in your garden are really pretty. It is very nice of your mom to cover that metal with the tennis ball to make sure you don't get hurt on it.

    What lovely pic! We too have some old piping in the garden, here it's an now very chipped ceramic mushroom which covers the nasty end.
