Sleepy

Mum is still trying to shake the end of the flu.  She feels 80% back to normal, but you know when you wake up and still feel stuffed up, and have a little bit of a cough.  While she was sick, her sleeping pattern was disrupted, so mum had to use her willpower to not have a nap this afternoon, so she will sleep better tonight.  So the aim is to head to bed at 9pm and get a good ten hours or so.  Me - well I headed off to start snoozing at 5pm this evening, so I am well ahead of her.

  3. Poppy, dear, it's good to hear your mum is on the mend. You've been a good nurse!

Would you suggest to her that using a Neti Pot (or a canned saline spray) might help her conquer the stuffy head? And don't let her forget to discard her toothbrush. Pesky germs!

  10. Beans sure could learn from us kitties. We sleep something like 18 hours a day, they just can't keep up.

We hopes mum wakes up feeling better tomorrow.
