Gdad

Sorry again that we have been gone.  Mum has gone to spend time with her family.  She got to be with her dad last night as he passed away.  Mum and his partner were holding his hands and talking to him as he died.  Just the way he wanted it to go.

so mum will spend some more days with her family - I will stay at the cattery a few more days and then we will post again.

RIP Gdad - we love you.

    It is lovely that you got to spend time with your dad recently, and lovely that you were there for him when he died.
    He must have been a terrific man, because his daughter is just lovely.

    I was saddened to read about your Dad's death. You must be glad that you were able to spend time with your Dad recently. I'm sure it meant a lot to your Dad that you made the trip home so you could spend time with him. No matter how old we are, we never seem prepared for the loss of a parent.
