Home

Mum rung the pound this afternoon, and little scruffy dogs family had been looking for him, and went and picked him up as soon as they opened up this morning.  Mum was happy for him, and glad that his folks found him ok.  Turns out he lives in the street mum found him in, so he must have just of wandered off.  We hope they put some tags on him,  so that next time they can just be rung up.

Mum is glad she didn't leave him sitting on a busy street at rush hour, where he could have been hurt or got lost.  We hope little scruffy dog is having a nice night, back in his house being spoiled by his family.

  1. Such good news! I thought of the little pup a few times yesterday after reading your post, and hoped he would be ok. Poppy, you are a lovely reporter of glad tidings!

  3. We're glad he has a family who cares enough to get him...and yes, let's hope they put tags on him, and make whatever enclosure modifications they need to, to keep him safe in their yard.

  4. I see ads and notices of lost pets all the time. I'm glad this story ended well.

  7. Oh, I do love happy endings!

    Hooray for your Mom!

I miss having dogs, much as I love my kitties. Do you remember that I tried bringing home 2 puppies about 5 or 6 years ago and Gandalf and Grayson would have nothing to do with me at all? I had to return them after a week. I cried my eyes out. I figured either way I was crying, but the cats would be happy. The Gray Boys approved of my decision wholeheartedly and the puppies both got new happy homes so I suppose it all worked out. Except I still miss having dogs.

    The End.

    :)
