Routine 24 hrs

7 pm - midnight - Number one position on the bed. This is the place next to my mums pillow.

If you curl up and look cold she will put the electric blankent on for you.
Try to look very sleepy, one day she will sleep on the other side of the bed.

Midnight - 7am - Number two position on the bed. I has to sleep at the foot end, usually between her knees.
Optional extra - in the summer sometimes I sleep in the spare bedroom.
7am - 8am Morning patrol, have breakfast.
8am - 6pm Back to the number one sleep position.
6pm - 7pm Dinner, play time and night patrol.
We would love you to post about your 24 hours - let me know what you get up to!!

  2. Hey Poppy, you are such a hard working feline. It's tough being beautiful and relaxed in all those places every day!

  3. Poppy, this was a supercool idea for a post! We are going to give mum her posting instructions.

Our mum likes your mum's covers very much.

  6. You certainly have a full and busy day, do you keep a daily calendar to ensure you do the proper thing at the proper time? One would never want to miss the nip or the nap.

  13. Poppy, you look so cute in bed. That's the same place that I sleep, right next to my mom's pillow but I don't like to be under covers!

  14. I'm not allowed in our spare room. The door is always CLOSED. Maybe I'll try and do 24 hrs in the life of Pabs over the weekend...

  18. Our cats' routine are somewhat similar. Except only Ollie and Rascal can sleep on the bed, but not near the pillows. Instead of patrolling neat thing out of doors, they patrol the windows and do guard duty at the door. Sunny is hard at work guarding the door right now, with his eyes closed ;-)

  19. Hi Poppy Q!
You have figured out a really good daily routine. It's a shame but I depend on my mom to get outside. She worries far too much! Thank you for popping by my blog! ; )

  20. Hi Poppy! That sounds like such a wonderful day! My routine is the same, except I can't go outside at all. I'm allergic to fleas and actually lost all my hair a few years ago. (It's back now). But otherwise, I think I will try to track through and do a day like yours today. I feel a nap coming on already.

    Love,
    Tabby
