Lots of mine friends asked about the weather here in New Zealand in Februray. It is our hottest most sunniest month, and at 8pm tonight it is just beginning to get dark. From March the evenings will get darker and a bit colder, and by April the weather will turn us in to autumn.
We don't get any snow where we live, although many parts of New Zealand do get their fair share over the winter. We don't want any of your snow, please send it north back to Santa and Rudolph.
Last night it rained here, and I still slept outside in my chair. Mum says I was soaked in the morning, but still refused to come inside.
I love the sunpuddles of late!!
ReplyDeleteJust got back from visiting the North Island of NZ last week ... the weather was puuuuuuurfect!

ReplyDeleteYou must really like sleeping outside to have braved the rain all night, Poppy!
ReplyDeleteHa Poppy! You are just like me. I like to sleep out in the rain too. Mum shuts us in by night in the winter now because I come in soaking wet and with muddy feet and walk over her head.

ReplyDeleteWe wonder why it is that you refuse to sleep indoors these days Miss Poppy?
ReplyDeleteSo what is wrong with inside lately?
ReplyDeletePoppy you look beautiful in that picture! We are very surprised you didn't come in from the rain - that is too close to a bath for our liking!
ReplyDeletePoppy Q, you are a peculiar kitty - which I mean in the most affectionate terms, of course.
