Monday Dinner

 Tonight's dinner was a butter chicken.  Quite a different version.  Mum has never made one that uses vinegar, milk, sour cream and rocket leaves. She failed using the Japanese rice and had to make some simple basmati rice of her own.  There are enough leftovers for lunch again tomorrow which is good.   Maybe a 6/10 for this one.

Mum and I had a good night's sleep last night which was good, as mum has a long working week.  She is on call tonight - so back to normal for her.  I missed her today, I like having mum at home with me and she would much rather stay home too.
