Rainy Nights

It's rainy and cold in the city tonight and mum had soup and toast for dinner.  I had feast and then a big snooze.  I was happy to have mum home and have been very chatty tonight and mum is trying to figure out what's wrong. 

Mum is beginning to have book anxiety as she has a pile of 8 or so to get through.  The cold night's are perfect for curling up in bed with.  I make sure to have a quick snuggle with mum when she turns the lights off.  I spend 10 minutes wriggling round, two minutes sleeping and then I jump off the bed and snack on biscuits.  Life is good.
