Squeeze

Mum and I are feeling the squeeze.  Her clothes feel too tight, and my latest weigh in in prison was tipping the scale.  So, we need to be a bit careful, eat a little less and move a little more.  Speaking of which mums dinner is cooking - tonight it is marinated chicken legs, some rice and fresh green beans and summer sweetcorn.

Because mum is a bit sick of the same old routine, she is mixing it up and tonight is movie night.  She has The Help on DVD, and will stick some microwave popcorn on.
