Tuesday Dinner

 Gosh we have had some lovely sunshine this week.  At 6.30pm tonight it is a toasty 21 deg C, usually a mid summer temperature for us.  Mum enjoyed her walk home.  She listens to a podcast or two and enjoys the fresh air.

Tonight's dinner was a marinated beef with roasted potatoes and sweet pickled capsicum and vegetables.  Tasty and filling but oh my - far more dishes than mum usually uses.  The beef was maybe a bit rarer than mum usually makes, but it was tasty.
Now she is chilling out in front of the Great British Bake Off - the best viewing of the week.
