Today I helped mum out with a little bit of gardening and housework in the morning, it was lovely in the sunshine, but cold in our house. It was one of mums besties birthdays, so she took the day off work to meet her friend for lunch, and an afternoon of shopping.
Mum says thanks for all the sleepy wishes. Unfortunately last night, she couldn't get to sleep her body clock was all out of whack. She only managed to drift off at 5.30am til 9, and feels a bit wiped out. She had to attend a lecture this evening, on nuclear medicine physics and stuff, and she hopes that helps her with the insomnia. It is now 9pm and her eyes are a bit scratchy, so she is sure that she will drift off ok. After only 6 hours sleep in the last three days, she is due a full nights rest.
