Visitor Advice - Part Two

• If you are shy with strangers don't worry. You can always go and play with their STUFF.
• Visitors brings lots with them, in big bags full of strange smells.
• Their families have asked them to return with lots of cat hairs.
• Often they like to put their pyjamas on the bed or under the pillow. This is a GREAT place to catch a nap.
• You can steal or move little things in their bags, that are good to wap around.
• If you like eating peoples food, it is good if you nibble on their snacks and sup on their bedside water.

Visitor Advice

When you have visitors:

• Make sure you rub against their clothes, so that they go home with some furs. Make sure the clothes are as dark as possible.
• Purring or making any other cat noises, will be seen as being cute and friendly.
• Do not let them know, that you are actually telling them that they are sitting on your seat.
  
  

Proof

Here is proof that I went and sat almost close to Miss Belle. I think she didn't know that that is my end of the couch. The one I like to sit on.

Mum says she would like some proof of summer, like just two nice days in a row. We have had to many rainy and cloudys, and now we have the colds back.

We know we shouldn't be whiney. We have comfy beds to sleep in, and lots of noms to eat, and too many peoples and cats in the world aren't so lucky. So, we will think about them this weekend.

Jobs

Last night, I was playing outside until 2am. That is because it is rubbish night here in the city, and there are lots of lovely sniffy things plonked outside peoples houses. The neighbourhood kitties are all on patrol real late.


Mum still has her cold, so I still have to play nurse kitty. I tell you, it's a tough life.

Off to catch some zzzzzs. Mum says thanks for the well wishes.

Wordless Wednesday

Taking it Easy

Mum had to welcome in the first cold of the season by a day in bed. She could barely talk today and did not want to take any germs to the hospital. So she is trying to take it easy.

I tried to take it easy, by napping on the duvet covers. We used to have them in the linen cupboard, but the mice moved in there. So mum has them piled up in the spare bedroom. A great place to snooze on anyway.

I also growl at the next door cat if I see him.

Not the Fradiest

Mum went visiting with miss Belle during her holiday. They went and saw their good friends who live by the beach. They have two cats, Doodlebug and Elvis. This is the girls eating their dinner off fancy china plates on the deck. They have some cool fishy stickers on the glass doors, that make it look like they are in an aquiriam.


Mum used to think that they were the fradiest cats in the world, but not anymore. Brave Elvis, let mum feed her some biscuits. Mum used to live with both cats for a year or so, but she doesn't think they remember her.

Sorry about being a fraidy cat mum.

Scaredy Cat

Mum says I was a scaredy cat when her niece Belle was staying. I wouldn't let her come near me, and I kept running away from mum. Now she has flown home, and I am running and skidding around the house almost like normal. I did worry mum though, as when she got home at 4pm, I didn't come and see her til 6pm.

Mum thinks I need more visitors so I get used to them, I think less visitors is a good idea.

hAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!!!

There were no jabs today for me - Hahahahahhhhhaaaaaaha!! Cause I wouldn't let her capture me, not with the fancy feast or the greenies. However when mum took the greenies outside the neighbours cat came running and asked for some.

Mum rang the vet to apologize, and to say could she bring in the neighbours cat instead?

She also said the words trap, next time and starvation.

Whatever could she mean???

J*A*B*s Tomorrow

Mum said something about J*A*B*s needed tomorrow. I wonder who that can be for? I think I will stay curled up on the quilt and she can tell me all about it.

Belle

When my visitors come, I like to wait til they are asleep, and then I sit and watch them and sniff their new smells.


This is my lovely niece Belle, and her and mum have been having a couple of lovely days. Belle arrived off the plane yesterday, and as it was a nice day her and mum went for a big walk around town, and did some exploring. Mum had also booked some tickets to see Avatar 3D, which are in great demand, and even though it was in the front row it was exciting. Until Belle said her tummy hurt, then she said it hurt real bad, then she said she had to go. So mum had to take her to the bathrooms, where although she felt real bad she wasn't sick.

Til she got home, and then she was sick real bad, so mum helped her to bed and a big nights sleep helped. Mum and her had a quiet day today, and back to adventuring tomorrow.

Visitor alert

I've been cleaning up, getting ready for my visitor. Mum says she could get used to having every Monday off work. 4 day weeks would be awesome.

Curled Up With a Good Book

If your Sunday is cool, grey and rainy like ours, it is always good to curl up with a good book on the bed.

We have a surprise tomorrow, a special visitor is coming to see me. We hope they bring the sunshines with them!!

Recycling

Here at Chez Q headquaters, we take recycling seriously. This year we are going to try even harder to not bring home any plastic bags.

So I am going to test drive the grocery bags, and see if they are up to another years work.
