Just Resting My Eyes

It is grey and cool again today, so I am just going to nap on mums bed while I send her off to work!! Have fun mum!!

Snoozy Sunday

It is rainy and cool here today, and mum is still on call, so I'll be doing a bit of this on the bed, catching up on my zzzzs. Hope you all get a chance to relax and put your feet up.

Waiting

On Saturday, I had to do lots of waiting. Mum got called into work at 10.30 am and didn't get home for 12 hours, so I had the humbgrumblies. When she got back she fed me, and now with my full tummy I am going to nap on my shopping bag.

Outdoors Investigating

Just stepping outside to see what the clouds are doing. Mum has to be on call for the weekend, so she tried to get some chores done today. She had lunch with a good friend, went to the post office, did lots of window shopping, took the dvds back to the shop and got some groceries. Now she just has to make the bed and snuggle with me.

Outside Time

The weather is beginning to feel more and more like spring, so I am venturing outside a bit more and feeling the nice breezes on my furs. After a winter cooped up inside, mum and I are both enjoying getting outside.

Meet My New Love

Thats right girls and boys, I am in love with mums grocery bag. I have spent the past four days and nights sleeping in and on it. Hope your Sunday was as happy as mine.

We Love Saturday

My saturday was spent lazing about. The sun was shining, so mum got up, did the laundry and sheets on the line early. Why were you up so early mum? Did you have something special to do?

She did, she got tickets to Sting - who is playing in the vineyards here in summer time (Feb), and she has never been able to get early tickets before!!!

She also met her friend for pastries at the French bakery, and wandered around the fancy homewares shops. Stocked up on some cheapie spring clothes, looked at lots of books but bought none, and then met some good friends for goss and tasty Asian food on the waterfront. Now she is relaxing on the couch with a dvd, and I am furring up the bed.

Friday Friends

So many of our lovely friends left for the bridge this week. We send big hugs to all their families, and thank them for giving them great lives, full of love and fun, and for letting us share in their fun on the Cat blogosphere.

Of course morning sun, meant we had a cool and rainy afternoon yesterday.

Mum is on shift tonight, so she got to sleep in with me, and let me try the new Friskies Party mix flavour - Wild West Crunch (Beef, Liver and Chedder) - Me likie.

Boy, the paparazzi was busy with me this weekend. Mum says it is best to get pictures of me when I am settled on the bed, coz I don't usually get up and run away from her.

7 things about me:

1. I don't like any people food, cept sometimes I will try the tiniest bit of raw chicken, or a wee dab of margarine.
2. I seldom crawl under blankets, I like to sleep on top and get some air.
3. Sometimes in the morning, I like to run around the house and wait on the front step and wait for mum to come out. Then I run down the steps and roll around on the footpath outside.
4. When mum comes home, I am usually waiting and watching at a window or on the front doorstep.
5. I am grey all over, cept for my pink tongue and amber eyes.
6. I don't like to be picked up or cuddled, but might come and sit on your knee, but only for 5 minutes at the most.
7. Even though I have a cat door, and can go outside whenever I want, I has never runned away and always come home. Even when I was camping cat and slept outside in the summer, I was always in my back yard.

Cozy

Yup, Friday night is all go at our house. It was rainy and windy here, so a night of resting was in order. Mum has lots to do this weekend, and I'll be making sure her bed stays warm.

New Chair

This is my, I mean our new chair. It is just little, but that is just right for our little living room space. It should go with our new couch, and it is now my favorite place to sit.

There might be room for one more next to me, if anybuddy would like to join me?
