Ooops

Mum noticed that yesterday where I had been sleeping on her bed, were some dirty brown smears. So she decided to embarass me and look at my pooper. Now, it was very smeary and matted back there, and she tried to clean me up with a warm flannel and some paper towels, but I did not like that. She can see some stuck lumps there too.

It was too hard for her to do by herself, and today is a public holiday so all the vets are closed sept the mergency one. So tomorrow, she is going to have to ring the vet and take me down there. Oh boy, this doesn't sound like it will be a good visit.

Now mum says I has been a good girl and is eating and drinking as normal, so she isn't worried that I am too sick, but she says I has been a bit quiet today and maybe feels a bit sick, so she thinks I might have a sick tummy.

Wish me luck.

  3. We hope your tummy is all right Poppy. It's not nice when your pooper gets dirty, and even worse when everybody tries to look at it.

  4. We sure hope everything is OK, Poppy Q.

When I (Gandalf) was still a kitten and we lived next door to our Uncle Allen he would give me and my litter mates Sarah and BooBoo whatever foods he was eating. That made us get a poopy butt and that made Mom would give us a butt bath. No fun.

  7. Oh sweet Poppy! We will say a prayer for you. Our sweet Elsie Fallulah just went through the same thing. We just know that once the vet fixes you up, you'll be fine!

  8. Oh Poppy Q I feel your pain. I had that problem for quite a long time after my accident where I was hurt in the rear section. I had to go on special food & finally it has cleared up but for a long time nobody would let me sit on their lap & towels were on all the chairs! Hope you're feeling better soon.

  9. We hope all is well. If you would sit in some warm water for a few minutes, perhaps your Mom could soap it up and wash it off.

  18. Your mommy just wants to take good care of you, and so it's good for her to be observant. the v-e-t can make you feel much better (if you don't feel well).

  25. My brother's poopy sometimes gets little poops stuck there. Mom says it's because Tommy is a tad too chubby to reach there and clean. Eeeew!
