Happy Valentine's Day

I am all tuckered out after catching mums mouse.  She was glad it was dead when I gave it to her - and yes Leanne and Brent she emwas grateful it wasn't a rat.

She had the day off today and went to the hairdresser.  She gave her a bottle of wine and showed her the photo of me and my present which made all the hairdressers laugh.

Happy Valentines Day

Mum found this old photo of me just relaxing and enjoying a pat.  Awwww!!

We had the best kind of Valentines Day.  Mum was oncall last night and got called in around midnight and at 6am, which meant she got the day off to spend with me.  She got to go back to bed for a few hours in the morning, then relax and read her book between loads of washing!!

We then spent the afternoon and evening relaxing.   We have finally had some summer sunshine days which was good, and mum  has a good pile of books, lots of lovely fresh fruit, nectarines and peaches and piles of fresh sweetcorn on the cob to enjoy.  There are plans to meet up with friends over the weekend, and little sleep ins planned too.

Mum and I are having a good evening at home.  Think last nights dinner - take away the salmon and replace it with a piece of steak.  Then there is enough steak and salad for tomorrows lunch - yum says mum.  My feast was nice, and mum is starting me on some new diet biscuits.  Good luck mum.

It is Valentines Day here, we hope you have a nice day and have some treats.  Me I got my mum a couple of pink gerbera flowers, and she gave me some temptations.  Aren't we nice to each other? 

We are having a quiet evening at home.  A bit of tv, a DVD and a nice home cooked dinner and I'm snuggling on my mothers feet at the mo.

Happy Valentines Day to all of my friends - we send you hearts. Mum made this special photo for her Chicky Dog. Mum looked after him for 6 weeks over Christmas, and he was a good boy, even though he bit her dads finger on the first night, but that was only because he was scared. Mum got lots of cuddles from this boy, and he was very good company for her in the big house sitting house. Mum missses him, but is glad that his family are back and he is getting lots of loves.

Happy Valentines Day!!!

Have a lovely Valentines Day everybuddy. Mum got a special red rose from her special 6 year old friend/guest who is staying. He picked it out at the supermarket, and carried it round almost wiping out all the petals. Even though mum had to pay for it, it was still very special.

She is lucky as most of her family are visiting this weekend. Miss Belle, her beautiful niece is a marching girl, and has a competition here in Wellington. So, we are hoping for sunshine, but not too much. PS - her team won the competition for their grade!!

Valentines weekend

On Saturday, Valentines day, mum had a busy day. She was on-call for the hospital all weekend, had a hairdressers appointment, met some friends for lunch and went for a walk. Then her brother big uncle, his friend uncle rexie and nephew budly dudley came for a visit. They went to a local restaurant 'The Green Parrot', where the boys had steaks as big as their heads. I don't et steak, so I wasn't jealous.

All and all it was a good valentines day. And because I had been a good kitty, mum have me a scratching pad with catnip as a present. Yippeee - I LOVES IT.

I do not love a bath. Mum chopped off the daggy bits of fur that were all matted. She wondered if I had had a wee bite and a bit of an abscess under the fluff. But it wasn't sore or red and I is eating and behaving fine so no vet for me. Also NO BATH. Kiwi cats don't like baths. Mum used a flannel and a wee bit of soap to pat the area. I only goes in the bath to drink from the tap. I ain't getting in no water - but thanks for the advice.

These are my sticky up fluffys near my butt, a bit hard to see but mum has chopped dem off now.
