We had a touch of the hots this afternoon.  Us girls sat outside for a while which was lovely.  I even had to find some spots in the shade as it was too warm for me.

We had a scorcher of a day today which felt like summer.  I was outside again when mum went to work.  She hopes it cools down a bit as she has 4 days of night shift and it is hard for her to sleep in the day time.

It's been a bit hot here lately and so to stay away from mum who radiates heat - I camp out on the couch some nights.  It was a nice 25 deg c this afternoon, weather we don't usually see until January.

Mum was glad to get home after work and drop the bags and jumped on the bed and stretched out and took a nap next to me.  Bliss.
