In July, here in New Zealand where it is mid winter it is all about the sleeping.  I am just about permanently planted somewhere in the house, mum says it is hard to get pictures of me with my eyes open.  Mum is staying pretty close to home too, as it is perfect weather for a book or browsing blogs.  She is also enjoying her winter clothes, wrapping up in scarves and lots of layers.  Lots of soups and slow cooked meals too, with lots of winter veg, carrots, leeks, broccoli and sweet apples - yumm.  Me - I'll stick to the fancy feast thanks.
