Today we had sunbeams til the mid afternoon, and they were very welcome. It is my mums mums birthday, and normally mum would get a big bunch of flowers to remember her mum. Instead before she went grocery shopping she found a pretty top, so she bought it to wear to her own birthday later in the month, her mum would like that.
We hope you all had a lovely day and got some relaxing done.

ReplyDeleteOur mum cares for her mum who has severe Alzheimers. Mum is finding it harder and harder to think of the way Gran was before the disease took hold and fears she'll only remember the end.. We are going to follow your mum's wonderful idea of flowers and a top. Our Gran always loved shopping and was a marvelous dresser.

Our Mommy remembers her Grandmoms with flowers, and she thinks a top will be a great way to remind your Mum to stop and think of hers.
