The rain is very very heavy outside, so mum and I have hibertnated at home. We have had to curl up on the couch and the bed - times are tough. Our little backyard looks like a little swamp, we hope Mr Hedgehoggie is ok, he might be happy with the worms that come up.
You have a hedgehog? And you haven't tried to whap him, Poppy? That is probably just as well.
ReplyDeletePoppy, rain or shine, you look fab. PS-please send us some rain, we really need it in California.
ReplyDeleteOh, dear. You don't want to get your furs wet.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had snow since October 29th.

We would love some rain! It is hard to enjoy it when you have too much!
ReplyDeleteGood plan. Have a really happy new year from us - FAZ and Birks
ReplyDeleteI'm just getting around to my favorite blogs after a busy Christmas week. Glad Santa (and your mum) were good to you. Happy New Year! It was warm enough to RAIN here with a few sprinkles of snow on top last night--VERY unusual for Iowa in December!!!
ReplyDeleteHow cool to have a hedge hog! I hope that the swamps go away!
ReplyDeleteWe are in Wellington for New Year (escaping from friends who grump at us when we go to bed early on New Year's Eve...) But, Poppy... - WHAT have you done to the weather???
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and your Julie XXXOOO
