Naked Dinner

 

This was mums dinner before she put it in the oven.  Roasted pumpkin, carrots and beets, pork + fennel sausages with peas and roast onion gravy.  Although it looks unappealing here, mum says it was tasty and gives her leftovers for the next couple of meals.

Mum slept better today and even went out for an afternoon walk as it was so nice out.  Me - I slept too, and woke her up for a chat at 1pm.

    Poppy, I'll bet your mum's supper was delicious! (I love sausages! Pumpkin too.) I also bet your mum appreciated being woken up to chat about things, that's always fun. :-P

    Gosh, those veg do look appetising. We have similar vegan sausages which Mrs H has which look just the same. I talk about food usually at 1 or 2 AM. Mrs H does not approve :)
