Hmm, so you'd all like to give me a cuddle? I only let my mum cuddle me for a teeny tiny bit, and I jump up on her lap a couple of times at night, but only for about three minutes at a time. I do like rubbing my body against her smelly feet, and at night I come up and snuggle between her knees to keep warm. Us British shorthairs can be a bit aloof, but mum says that's ok - I am what I am.

I bet you'd cuddle ME!!
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel, Poppy - we Somalis aren't exactly cuddle cats either! We would rather play! (It is the Abyssinian gene in us.) My human has to be happy that I jump on her desk and poke her sometimes.
ReplyDeleteyou may be aloof, but you sure are bootiful.
ReplyDeletehehehe you are so cuddly looking THO!!
ReplyDeleteWe'd LOVE to cuddle with you! We love how soft your furs looks.
ReplyDeleteI had a Bella (Birman) who was exactly the same. She was not into cuddles, but she was very loved anyway.
ReplyDeleteLuf is shown in many different ways, Poppy, not just cuddlin. We bet you show your mom luf just by lookin at her. Mom says she can tell i luf her just by my eyes. xoxo
ReplyDeleteMom can not get any cuddles hare either!
ReplyDeleteoh, i don't think brits in general are aloof! it's just a personality, not something common for the breed, the overwhelming majority of the kittens i've sold and the cats i have have been/are very cuddly and forward:)
ReplyDeletethat said, you are supersweet even if you prefer your mum's company only!
