Unwanted Visitor

Mum is annoyed, last night she went for a nap, and when she woke up at 6.45pm she realised that she had been visited by Mr Flu.  She hadn't missed him since his last visit in March.  This time he bought friend, sore throat and runny nose.

Big night snoozing for mum then, she says she is going to watch a bit tv and then tuck herself into bed.

  3. Oh no! Mr Flu is not a good houseguest at all. We hope his stay is only short.

  4. Oh, no! She has our sympathies and purrs! Our own human still is coughing and sneezing and feeling run-down and she's into her 4th week of it.

We hope your mum gets better MUCH faster!

  7. Our mum just got over it! Horrible houseguest, mr Flu is. And there's no way to get rid of him until he's ready to leave.
We know you'll take good care of your mum. Love to all.

  9. Oh oh. I hope your mum's work has sick-days available. I know from my own experience that without them, the flu can be even worse than otherwise. Tell her to stay in bed and stay warm.

  10. Hope your mum feels better soon. We are at the start of our sneezy season and my mum is already suffering. I am being very helpful and sitting with her (well snoozing in front of the fire really! but it's the thought that counts)

  12. Oh poor Julie! I hope you're better soon... ps I can THOROUGHLY recommend Game of Thrones - it is the only tv show that is as good as the book... seriously (and it gets better...)
