I like to sit beside mum while she is reading at night, to remind her to turn off the light and go to bed. Then i can climb between the quilts and meow at mum, then climb out and eat biscuits. Then i can go to sleep.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you just like to make sure that your mum is safely tucked in bed every night she's home. Then you can easily have a couple of nibbles and crawl right back in with her. Pretty good routine in my mind.
ReplyDeleteDearest Poppy mum is so lucky to have you. Her books must be so engrossing that she might even keep reading all night. How you must have a happy life. When I was little our cook used to say if she came back she would like to be a Persian cat. Sometimes I stayed with her overnight I slept on the sofa with her cat on my feet. I was so happy. Her husband mr Ferguson gave me a bottle of mercury to play with. It was great fun but years later my dr. took it off me.Mr F was a chemist and she didn’t need to work. How I loved Fargie.
