Buckeroos

Mum got her powerbill today, and it is for lots of big buckeroos.  She says that the heater will have to be rationed, and we hope the sunshines and warmth are back soon, as she can't afford the big bills like this one.

Have a great weekend everybuddy.

  1. Yeah, we know the feeling. It really sucks. Hope your weather gets back to normal and warms up soon.

  2. With the very cold Antarctic blast you had, we can understand why your bill was high. I guess thank goodness you did have heat. Here we have a way to have the electric and gas company charge us exactly the same amount every month (based on the previous year's usage) and that helps us (the humans, really) not to notice too much the worst heating months and the worst air conditioning months. Of course the info is there on the bills, if the humans are willing to peek.

Here's to a warming trend for you, Poppy.

  8. It sounds like it was extra cold in your area, Poppy, so I am not surprised that the bill was bigger than normal. I hope it warms up for you soon!
