Night Shift

Tonight is mums last night shift.  I like to get up when I notice her put her uniform on, and then I usually walk her out to the street when she heads out to work.  It is a quiet night then while she is at work. I like sleeping with her during the day.  Her plan is that tomorrow she won't sleep during the day, but will get lots done and will try to sleep at night.  We'll see how that goes.

Hope you are all excited for the weekend.  Nice to have some days off.  Monday is a public holiday here and Tuesday is mums day off, so she is glad that she has some days to be productive.

  1. I don't know how your human is going to stick to her plan, Poppy - my human would be pretty tired after a work shift!

  9. Oh your poor mum. When my mum worked night shifts she would always end up sleeping all day. I was just a kitten then and wanted her to play! Keep napping Poppy , Meow, Jessica

  10. A long time ago, before Mom had cats, she worked night shift. She would try to switch every friday so she could spend the weekend with her kids! Enjoy your long weekend!
