Mum is thrilled that I awoke her at 5.30am by falling off the windowsill in the bedroom and leaving a tiny hole in the curtain. She never really got back to sleep and has to work this evening so was looking forward to her lie in.
Me - well I am tiiiiiired now, so I better get back to snoozing.
Enjoy your Caturday!!!!

Poppy Q.... I am sure was asleep and that made her fall off the sill. Glad the move went well and you are both settling in. xx
ReplyDeleteYou fell off the 'what' Poppy!x
ReplyDeleteWere you asleep at the time, or just
dreaming...Bless! And, l bet you landed
on your feet! :).
Hmm, my new dad was just making fun of me for being about 4 inches wider than the sill I was sitting on and wondering how I managed to stay on it. He says it's my internal gyroscope, whatever that is. Love the outstretched paw! Good morning, by the way.
ReplyDeletePoppy, dear, you might encourage mum to take a lovely nana nap in the sun this afternoon. (And remember to patch that hole in the curtain with a bit of tape, so that it doesn't make a light spot on the rug and remind mum who made it.)
ReplyDeleteWe love the window sill above Mom and Dad's bed. It is big enough for two of us as long as it is not Angel and Max. That is when Mom expects to get a face full of claws. It would be an accident, but would still hurt!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I hope the hole in the curtain isn't furry big.
ReplyDeleteA little cat shelf or small dresser might give you a more secure spot in which to rest. Our mum doesn't know how we manage to balance so well when we're asleep. Mum slid off the edge of her cat crowded bed when sleeping, about 3 weeks ago. Gave her quite the scare.
ReplyDeleteGeez, I hope you are all right, Poppy. I don't want to offend, but as we get older, we don't bounce as we used to when we fall. Be careful.
