Sunday


 For 3 hours this afternoon it was perfect and felt like spring.   Mum felt the change coming, the sun and blue skies are getting better each week.  Washing when dried on the line outside.

    The photo your mum took of you sitting in the window with that beautiful sky outside, ought to be framed and hung on the wall forever. We've had some lovely cool weather here for a couple of days, and this morning it is now raining again. Then the weather summer that I can remember hearing Ohio. I am not ready for fall.

    I thought you were going to write "the sun and blue skies are diminishing each week"... I keep forgetting that your seasons are opposite to ours. Well,your winters aren't severe by our standards, Poppy, but winter is winter, and everyone deserves a spring.

    I think we’ve had a few days too like summer. My home help picked a bunch of narcissisti and the scent in my room is so lovely. They were my husbands favourite flower. I should be happy but it makes me sad. Sorry PoppyQ I just want you to be happy and I wish the whole world could know how brave your mum is working in a hospital that has delta. 3 cheers for Mum ❤️
