Busy










 At 16 I still impress mum by wanting to jump out the window into the garden.  Today was glorious  - a day worthy of mid summer.  Windows and doors are open.

    No jumping poppy The landing wouldn’t feel so good I shouldn’t think.
    The weather here was cold and wet.

    Poppy, you are lovely and very impressive in that Sunshine with a blue sky behind you. You just keep jumping because it's good for your bones. That's what as humans need to do to have good bones too.
