Yesterday mum had a hair appointment at a new hairdressers. They had sent 6 reminders about the 11am appointment in the week since she booked. The night before they asked if mum could come at 11.15am, which was fine with mum. Lucky, cos when her alarm went off at 8am, she rolled over and went back to sleep. Next thing it was 10.24am, and mum had to jump up, have a quick wash and brush her hair and ran out the door. Luckily a bus wasn't too long in coming and she got there early.
She liked the new hairdresser who listened and did a great cut, washed, cut and dried in 40 minutes. She liked the massage chair while her head was washed, the price was 1/2 her old salon charged. Not a fan of the passive aggressive products placed in front of you. So a success.
MMM, hopin' her hair didn't resemble anything in todays photo?! Happy Turkey Day.
ReplyDeleteThat's great, Poppy! It's often hard for humans, especially women, to find a hair stylist they really like. Luckily you don't have that problem. :-)
ReplyDeleteSounds like mum had a bit of a spa day, Poppy. Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteA good hairdresser is the most impawtent thing to have. That's what our Mum says. We just wash each other's furs. Happy she found a good one.
ReplyDeleteFinding a good hairdresser is like finding that needle in the haystack. And cheaper as well. It’s like you have struck gold.
ReplyDeleteFinding an improvement on the old service-provider is unusual. Well done, Poppy's mum!
