Rain

Still raining outside?  I think I'll stay inside where it is dry and warm.
There's the door - you better head out to work while I catch up on my sleeps.

Mum says she wishes she was a cat.  Anyways she is home and ready for her evening.  A cold wet evening means she gets a night off from pulling weeds in the garden.  She has some salmon with lemon in the oven, and spicy mustard potatoes with some broccoli cooking for her dinner.  I have had my feast and made it back to the bed for more snoozing.

  3. oh please tell me when my little chuckie will start doing the 20 hour sleeps???? He seems to be getting more and more high maintenance! that is why i got a cat, not a dog?!

"crying" in the hallway until i come out and play with him, throw toys at him in his silly tunnel, chase him around the house.... its hilarious - and i'm almost convinced its more work than a toddler....

Love him to bits but man, i'm still waiting for him to be over the 'kitten' phase and become a gorgeous snoring big british blue boy 24/7! x (ok maybe 22/7?!)

  4. Poppy, your human's dinners always make my human hungry! Actually, considering she is having salmon, I'm hungry too! I know you don't like people food, but I'll take salmon and chicken where I can get it!

  8. I'll trade your rain for our forecast 10 - 15 cms of snow overnight and into tomorrow, Poppy.

Failing that, I, too, wouldn't mind being a well-loved house Cat, to snooze in bed after a yummy dinner. :-)

  10. When it's raining the best place is snug and warm in bed. Unfortunately we were not all blessed to be born cats.
