Easy Sunday

Today has been an easy Sunday - so easy mum almost forgot to post.  I scratched out on the deck - she did washing and had a sleep in.  The party was still going at 2am, but had quietened down a lot so mum was able to sleep.

Hope you all had a relaxing Sunday too.

    Well...I've been up since first thing, brecky
    out on the patio at seven. Flossy came over and
    kept company and had a saucer of milk.
    Bit of tidying up, and l've been out on the patio,
    the last couple hours, trimming the Virginia Creeper.
    So it's looking a lot tidier now.

    Just put my peasant in the oven, that'll be ready soon,
    so, l'll enjoy that outside to, Flossy's still about somewhere,
    making sure all, is o.k. Bless her!x

    So...I'm off to see what else l can fix...In the lovely sunshine
    to...! :).

    2AM parties, huh? Our biped probably would be calling police to complain about the noise, just because she's decided she's not taking cr*p from neighbours anymore. LOL. (Uh, unless you know your neighbours would be violent in retaliation!)

    Anyway, it's not easy for us today, as the floor guy is here making noise laying the upper hall laminate. Not as noisy as yesterday, though, when he had to take a belt sander to the sub-floor to get the big hump out of, then take an angle grinder to all the metal door frames. LOL.

    I am enjoying the extra hour of sunlight (we just switched to Daylight Savings Time), and the hour-earlier meals!

    Parties that keep us awake are no fun at all. I get tempted to attend in my PJs and tell them I couldn't sleep so thought I may as well join in!! Imagine the look of horror!!

    I detest loud parties. They are always put on by inconsiderate people. I'm glad it quietened down somewhat later.
