I was not thrilled to have an early alarm wake up today, but mum offered to work for her boss this morning. It was a good shift today and before she knew it, the work day was over and mum was coming home to me. Mum wonders what I think she does all day - hide down the street, hunt for food, sleep in the garden?

ReplyDeletePoppy, I think all kitties wonder what we do when we go out the door and close it behind us. They can't see us and they sit there and worry till we come home.
ReplyDeleteHaha, she goes hunting in shops after work for feasts and treats tat might not be there, hopes her food is there to be bought and watches her dollars buy less that she has to stretch. She might wish she could hide down the street but she's a good egg so she doesn't, taking extra shifts to help others and stretch her savings. You and she are lucky.

ReplyDeleteNapping in the garden sounds great fun, and worth investigating if she has found a nice spot you can share. Hunting the food too, if she was a cat. Somehow me thinks snagging a tina of tuna off the shelf, or side of roast chicken from the deli is as far as most humans go when it comes to hunting 😉. MOL
