Mum got herself off earlish this morning as she had an appointment with the optician to get her eyes checked.   She has only been wearing glasses for 2 years  and wanted to make sure there were no changes which was good.   She wandered round town, just window shopping,  then her need for a bathroom visit and some lunch encouraged her to come home to me.

She's been trying to watch  some of the series she has saved up on her DVR, she's  watched The Gilded Age, Bloodlands and now Belgravia.  She has a pile of good books to read, and me for company.  Things to keep her busy, and fill in her evenings.
