It was drizzly and cool today so we both snuggled in our beds today and mum got no jobs done, but her first 8 hour sleep in weeks. She loves having me in her bedroom at night, and the late night howling has stopped ( I often sleep in the spare bedroom and call out for her).
I am glad your mum got a good sleep, Poppy. I managed 5 hours 2 nights ago, but only got my usual 2 hours last night. I thought menopause sweats were bad until I experienced cancer sweats.
ReplyDeleteHow I remember Angel Seney howling day or night. It can be a bit un-nerving. You look snugly Poppy.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad to hear you and Mum got a solid and snuggly sleep, Poppy.
ReplyDeleteEight hours of sleep! Wonderful. And I can relate to the howling, with my new foster-cat... But regardless, we humans love having our cats with us.
ReplyDeleteRight hours uninterrupted sleep is a distant memory. I'm happy for you and mum!
