Sunday Gift

 

Today when mum got home she found the 2nd gift of the week.   Tonight I gift you a deaded sparrow.  On your bed - on your new quilts.  I love you mum xxx

    Celebrate the new quilt the right way, Poppy. With a gift! Here the sparrow you caught is very bad invasive bird.
    I may have no sympathy for it.

    The circle of life is a wonderous thing. Mrs H never chides me when I bring such gifts, but does say a few kind words for sparrows next incarnation.
