Mum felt productive this morning, after getting herself ready she made her work lunch and got the weekly rubbish sorted out. She had a nice walk to work listening to a podcast - her latest series is Kathy Burkes series Here Lies - todays episode she talks to Jennifer Saunders about what she wants to happen at her funeral.
The weather is mild enough for short sleeves on the walk to work at 8am, but after work at 5pm it is starting to feel like jacket weather. Mum got to chat with a work friend on the way home, got a new library book. She was glad to see me when she got home. A feast for me and she had some chucken, roast pumpkin and beans. Yumm!!

ReplyDeleteBeing on the opposite side of the globe, Poppy, it's appropriate that our times are opposite, too: we're chilly in the mornings and warmer in the late afternoons - right now, at any rate.
